My mother and grandmother are my great inspirations. When my grandmother was young, they still wore traditional costumes in Hulst, with a particular floral print. The print was an inspiration for the fabric you see in Merel Andrea's current collection.

I followed my heart and left for Zeeland for love, which is why in the heart of the flower you will find a button from Zeeland. For this print I collaborated with Beate van Beetje.
